Lead the development and execution of social media strategy to grow our brand, create engaging content, and build an active online community for a fast-growing AI-focused SaaS company. You’ll own content creation, community engagement, and performance measurement, partnering with senior marketing leaders to amplify Fathom’s voice on LinkedIn and beyond.

Job Function: Content & Editorial (Writing/Editing)

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the Head of Brand Marketing to develop and implement a social media strategy to grow our brand presence on social (primarily LinkedIn, with potential to expand to other platforms).
•Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule aligned with marketing goals.
•Stay ahead of platform trends and implement innovative strategies to keep Fathom relevant and engaging.
•Create compelling short-form content (text, images, videos, memes, etc.) tailored for each platform.
•Monitor and analyze social media performance, using insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or community engagement (B2B/C SaaS experience preferred).
•Excellent writing skills: craft snappy, engaging social copy that aligns with our brand voice.
•Creative mindset: know what makes content shareable and on-trend.
•Strong community instincts: build and nurture engaged online audiences.
•Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., social listening, management, and analytics platforms).
