Key Responsibilities

  • •Build trusted relationships with customer service teams and external clients using data stories to demonstrate product value.
  • •Deliver proactive analyses of portfolio performance, customer needs, and business risks/opportunities including market and industry events.
  • •Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to identify drivers and forecast outcomes using product data.
  • •Monitor portfolio health, provide stakeholder updates/business reviews, and escalate issues as needed.
  • •Present clear, actionable insights through concise client-facing visuals, recommendations, and support for complex client requests and escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree (or equivalent) in data analytics, business, public health, or a related field; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • •5-7 years of experience in an analytics role in the healthcare/Pharma industry (preferred).
  • •Understanding of data science methodologies including predictive modeling, regression/forecasting, machine learning, and related techniques.
  • •Experience or understanding of statistical software including Python, R, MATLAB, or SAS.
  • •Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
