Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute basic and technical alteration services, including hemming, patch and repair, tapering, and more technical fitting/tailoring.
  • •Provide customer service that elevates clients’ experience and resolve tailor-related consumer concerns per company policy.
  • •Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues and follow store policies, procedures, and directives.
  • •Educate and train store teams on Tailor Shop offerings and services; may support training Tailors within the district/region.
  • •Handle cash and Tailor Shop merchandise operations in compliance with store policy, and engage consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years old.
  • •Minimum of 3 years’ sewing/tailoring experience with strong knowledge of jeans construction.
  • •Thorough understanding of denim industry and current/upcoming trends.
  • •Proven skills in sewing, tailoring, and textile repair, including knowledge of machines used for sewing denim products.
  • •Available for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; able to lift up to 40 pounds and do constant standing/walking and related physical tasks.
