Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a professional role model for students in communication, problem solving, care delivery, and patient advocacy.
  • •Support daily operations of the learning lab, including simulation lab supplies management and inventory via a simulation center management application.
  • •Perform pre-simulation activities such as programming scenarios, setting up simulation rooms, props, moulage, recording, and assembling learning materials.
  • •Run simulation activities including pre-briefing, operating the simulation console/software, handling AV equipment, manipulating the simulator, and recording sessions.
  • •Perform post-simulation activities including supporting debriefing equipment use, providing feedback to improve the simulation experience, and restoring rooms and supplies to pre-scenario conditions.
