Manufacturing Engineer III

Develop and maintain fabrication methods, operating sequences, and processes for sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Coordinate release of product improvements and new products with engineering teams, manage engineering change orders, and drive root-cause corrective actions for assembly and test issues. Estimate manufacturing costs and time standards, recommend tooling and process requirements, and apply lean principles to eliminate waste. Support test fixture/process development and gather operational/test data for data-driven solutions.
