Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and execution of internal communications strategies that drive employee engagement and organizational alignment.
  • •Oversee creation and distribution of content across multiple channels (e.g., Engage, newsletters, emails) aligned to business objectives.
  • •Support crisis communication planning with the Communications Manager in Thailand and Global Crisis Response team, including gathering and verifying information.
  • •Co-develop and execute employer branding strategies and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Global Corporate Branding to align messaging with recruitment.
  • •Oversee corporate branding creative direction and ensure compliance with Pandora’s Brand Visual Identity (BVI) guidelines across internal and external communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in employer branding, corporate branding, internal/corporate communications, or marketing in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • •Track record developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract, engage, and retain talent.
  • •Experience creating content and storytelling across multi-channel communication, including social media, internal platforms, and external campaigns.
  • •Strong brand awareness and ability to ensure compliance with Pandora’s Brand Visual Identity (BVI) guidelines.
