Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlement negotiations end-to-end, partnering with firm partners and plaintiffs’ counsel. Serve as primary legal and operations lead to ensure settlements are executed accurately and compliantly from initial negotiations through final claim resolution and program closure. Draft and finalize settlement documents, manage claimant disputes, oversee settlement implementation and claims administration, and use data analysis to monitor values and trends across claims.
