Job Summary

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of EHSS systems by partnering with site leadership and the Corporate EHSS team. Drive safer, more sustainable operations through enhanced KPI reporting, clear communication of EHSS programs, and proactive risk and regulatory guidance. Use Power BI and other digital tools to improve reporting accuracy and performance insights, and oversee a team of four to elevate environmental stewardship and safety across EHSS domains.

•Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s EHSS systems across domains.
•Enhance reporting mechanisms and ensure accurate, timely communication of KPIs and performance insights.
•Collaborate with Plant Management and cross-functional leaders to foster continuous improvement and integrate EHSS into broader business strategies.
•Stay ahead of emerging industry trends and regulatory changes, advising on impacts and mitigation strategies.
•Serve as liaison between site leadership and the Corporate EHSS team; oversee a team of four.

Salary: USD 102,100 - 136,166.67 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety, Occupational Health, or a related field; or a recognized Environment Health and Safety Management certificate may be considered.
•Progressive EHSS experience in a manufacturing plant or corporate environment with demonstrated ability to implement safety programs and drive compliance.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
•Proficiency using digital tools and systems, including Microsoft Office and Power BI; Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
•Critical thinking and data-driven analysis to identify risks, solve problems, and support decision-making.
