Job Summary

•Manage project financials and administration, including cash flow, forecasts, expense monitoring, collections support, backlog review, and cost reconciliation.
•Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating project status with internal and external stakeholders.
•Review contract documents, identify risk, and develop mitigation plans; validate project scope/cost/schedule and manage project compliance and documentation.
•Oversee subcontractor RFQ process, award subcontracts, manage subcontractor execution, and coordinate schedules and control submittals with technicians/subcontractors.
•Handle change order management by recommending solutions, facilitating quotes, and closing orders with support from sales and estimating.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in HVAC/BAS Controls and Project Management, or a related degree plus experience.
•Ability to lead teams with different technical skill levels and manage resource/manpower planning.
•Experience managing projects involving construction contract documentation, scope/cost/schedule validation, and compliance.
•Familiarity executing as a third-tier contractor and experience working with building owners.
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
