  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating project status with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Review contract documents, identify risk, and develop mitigation plans; validate project scope/cost/schedule and manage project compliance and documentation.
  • •Oversee subcontractor RFQ process, award subcontracts, manage subcontractor execution, and coordinate schedules and control submittals with technicians/subcontractors.
  • •Handle change order management by recommending solutions, facilitating quotes, and closing orders with support from sales and estimating.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in HVAC/BAS Controls and Project Management, or a related degree plus experience.

  • •Experience managing projects involving construction contract documentation, scope/cost/schedule validation, and compliance.
  • •Familiarity executing as a third-tier contractor and experience working with building owners.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
