Drive AI-native development using tools like Claude Code and Cursor, build evaluation frameworks before launch, and set the engineering methodology for early-stage R&D.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a small 3-4 engineer AI Pod focused on technical growth, autonomy, and delivery outcomes.
•Provide hands-on technical authority: code, architect, review, and ship alongside the team.
•Own the full delivery loop from business problem understanding and solution definition through architecture, shipping, and monitoring.
•Collaborate with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and business stakeholders to define decision logic, risk thresholds, and success metrics.
•Drive AI-native development using tools like Claude Code and Cursor, including building evaluation/monitoring/observability harnesses before release.

Key Requirements

•5+ years as a backend or full-stack engineer with real production experience.
•2+ years leading engineering teams, growing people and driving delivery.
•Experience shipping production AI systems (agentic architectures, orchestration, multi-step workflows, fallback/error logic).
•Fluency with AI coding tools and strong evaluation instincts (define metrics, build test sets, measure before shipping).
•Full-stack comfort across the AI workflow from prompt to RAG pipeline to orchestrator and backend.
