Own the support, optimization, and governance of media financial workflows within a global shared services environment. Serve as the functional expert for Mediaocean (Prisma, Spectra), ensuring clean integrations with Deltek Maconomy ERP and maintaining master data integrity. Drive standardization by configuring workflows, producing spend/revenue reporting, supporting month-end close, and strengthening SOX/audit controls—partnering with transformation teams to automate exception-based processing and anomaly detection.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end media finance workflows including media billing, invoicing, vendor payment reconciliations, and client funding cash applications across global brands.
•Configure and optimize Mediaocean (Prisma, Spectra) workflows, templates, and system settings to align with global standards.
•Monitor and maintain data integration between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP, verifying master data consistency and resolving integration bottlenecks.
•Act as the operational liaison between agency finance teams, Shared Services (AP/AR), and IT; provide system training and guide onboarding into standardized workflows.
•Produce media financial reports (spend pacing, revenue status, variances) and support month-end close, including governance and audit compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
•2–5+ years in agency media finance operations, financial systems support, or a centralized Shared Services (SSC/BPO) environment.
•Hands-on administrative or advanced operational experience with Mediaocean platforms (Prisma or Spectra).
•Strong accounting knowledge including multi-currency billing, high-volume reconciliations, and AP/AR workflows.
•Advanced MS Excel skills for reconciling, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets across disconnected systems.
