Key Responsibilities

•Lead cross-functional Security, GRC, and IT Security initiatives from planning through execution by defining scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
•Drive Security portfolio planning and execution with Security leadership, managing roadmaps, priorities, resource planning, dependencies, and delivery risks.
•Develop and continuously improve Security program governance through standardized processes, documentation, operating cadences, templates, and PM best practices.
•Build executive dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, and portfolio reporting by aggregating data from Jira, Confluence, GRC platforms, and other operational systems.
•Administer and optimize Jira projects, workflows, automations, and Confluence documentation to simplify processes, improve operational efficiency, and scale Security operations through automation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Security Operations, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), IT Operations, or a related field.
•Proven experience leading complex cross-functional technical initiatives from planning through delivery in a fast-paced environment.
•Demonstrated ability to establish program governance, manage project portfolios, prioritize competing initiatives, and drive operational excellence.
•Experience developing executive-level dashboards, KPIs, status reporting, and data-driven insights using operational data from multiple systems.
•Advanced experience with Jira (workflow administration, reporting, automation) and familiarity with security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST CSF preferred.
