Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement risk strategies and initiatives to profitably grow the consumer card business while controlling net loss provisions.
  • •Use industry best practices and data assets to continually improve risk strategy and processes.
  • •Collaborate with Risk Management, Operations, and Marketing to develop, enhance, and implement approved credit strategies and processes.
  • •Monitor and analyze credit performance metrics, diagnose issues, and identify improvement opportunities and/or corrections.
  • •Run ad hoc analytics and deep-dive independent risk assessments, including coding, exploratory data analysis, visualizations, and generating strategy-relevant insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required in a quantitative field such as Actuarial Science, Economics, Data Science, Math, Physics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or similar.
  • •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leading and performing data analytics.
  • •Track record of driving results with strong thought leadership and the ability to manage multiple projects.
