Job Summary

Senior Associate within the Sales Enablement group (GET) responsible for developing and managing responses to RFPs, proposals, and client presentations. Collaborates with Opportunity Owners, Solution Architects, and internal teams to define approach, messages, milestones, and deliverables in multiple languages (French/English). Manages timelines, risks, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery and consistency across multi-opportunity bids.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft RFPs/proposals/orals/supports content with limited supervision and coordinate with opportunity leads and solution architects
•Define approach, key messages, differentiators, activities, deliverables, and milestones for opportunities
•Interview SMEs to gather information and produce content aligned with client needs
•Provide feedback to improve content quality and ensure readability, coherence, and consistency
•Produce client-facing documents in French and English and ensure compliance with templates and internal standards
•Manage multiple RFP/proposal/orals/support processes in parallel and oversee kickoff and review meetings
•Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., legal) and obtain approvals to meet deadlines
•Monitor progress of content development and proactively identify risks or blockers
•Promote internal best practices and standards for proposal development
•Cover sections of proposals autonomously and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Huron offerings

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in managing, writing, and coordinating RFPs/proposals/orals/supports
•Excellent written and spoken communication in French and English
•Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or equivalent
•Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
•Ability to draft structured, high-quality content and coordinate with cross-functional teams
