Key Responsibilities

  • •Audit and rebuild GoHighLevel, including sub-segmented pipelines by service line and a full 10-stage patient journey.
  • •Build campaign landing pages and forms using tools like Lovable.
  • •Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads, including compliance-sensitive healthcare advertising.
  • •Create and automate nurturing sequences for lead response, no-show recovery, reactivation, and retention.
  • •Track patient economics (attribution, CPL, contact/booking/show rates, conversions) and recommend where the next ad dollar should go while ensuring LegitScript-compliant claims.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced GoHighLevel expertise to architect sub-segmented pipelines and build automations (not just using the tools).

  • •Experience with healthcare/wellness marketing systems including landing pages, CRM segmentation, and email/SMS automation.
  • •Ability to source podcast clips and organic social content and translate them into ad creatives with strong creative taste.
