Change Manager

Lead EMEA-wide change management for a critical large programme, defining and delivering the change strategy and driving adoption, business outcomes, and benefit realisation. Set and execute a structured, consistent change management approach across project delivery teams, managing change impact, readiness, communications, training, and continuous improvement. Partner with C-level sponsors and steerco, establish change communities, measure effectiveness with metrics, and ensure governance and documentation for regulatory review.
