•Maintain thorough knowledge of Truist mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines.
•Comply with Truist policies and procedures, including rules and regulations established by state and federal law.
•Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.
•Consistently execute the Truist referral process and assist mortgage loan fulfillment with document follow-up as determined through quality control or post-closing review.

Key Requirements

•1+ year(s) experience in a banking and/or lending environment with basic knowledge of residential property types.

•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and an NMLS acceptable background check.
