Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accuracy of customer shipments by coordinating with wave planning and the shipping department.
  • •Seek and lead process improvements, documenting time savings.
  • •Request routing for high volume, high profile key customer accounts not assigned at time of planning.
  • •Monitor reports to verify assigned accounts are planned and shipped by expected start ship dates; research chargebacks and provide solutions with Compliance.
  • •Maintain SOPs for assigned accounts and provide daily load information to shipping, coordinating with carriers, trucking dispatch, and customer service.
