Key Responsibilities

•Support the drafting, review, and administration of commercial agreements and related legal documentation.
•Assist with legal research, issue tracking, and preparation of summaries and analyses for internal stakeholders.
•Maintain legal trackers, templates, and documentation to support contract management and reporting as well as meetings minutes and internal committees agenda.
•Interface with internal business and legal stakeholders to support legal processes and workflows.
•Assist senior legal team members on projects and initiatives, as assigned.

Key Requirements

•Law degree and admission to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in good standing
•3+ years of post-qualification legal experience with experience supporting commercial contracts
•Strong organizational skills with ability to use AI, keep track of documents and templates, and attention to detail
•Fluent in English (spoken and written)
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
