Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the drafting, review, and administration of commercial agreements and related legal documentation.
  • •Assist with legal research, issue tracking, and preparation of summaries and analyses for internal stakeholders.
  • •Maintain legal trackers, templates, and documentation to support contract management and reporting as well as meetings minutes and internal committees agenda.
  • •Interface with internal business and legal stakeholders to support legal processes and workflows.
  • •Assist senior legal team members on projects and initiatives, as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree and admission to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in good standing
  • •3+ years of post-qualification legal experience with experience supporting commercial contracts
  • •Strong organizational skills with ability to use AI, keep track of documents and templates, and attention to detail
  • •Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
