Key Responsibilities

•Build strong working relationships with managers and employees within assigned business areas to develop business acumen and credibility as an HR partner.
•Partner with managers on day-to-day and emerging people topics, including employee relations, performance management, team effectiveness, and organizational changes.
•Proactively gather and analyze business and HR data (turnover, engagement, performance trends) to identify insights and support decision-making.
•Collaborate with leaders within assigned client groups to execute talent and organizational initiatives including: Talent reviews and succession planning; Workforce planning; Organizational design changes; Employee engagement strategies.
•Provide input to managers on employee development, performance concerns, and team dynamics, escalating complex situations as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•2-4 years of HR experience, including exposure to business-facing HR support (e.g., advising managers, handling employee matters, supporting talent processes).
•Foundational experience across core HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, compensation, and talent development.
•Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work directly alongside managers and employees on people-related topics.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
