Key Responsibilities

•Provide product and wealth management training and education, including leading client education events to improve knowledge of financial markets and solutions.
•Support RMs by delivering needs-based solutions and enhancing client trust and relationship depth.
•Collaborate with RMs to improve client experience and ensure effective fulfillment of client needs for target clients.
•Enhance HSBC’s image by applying advanced technical product expertise to client discussions and decisions.
•Conduct portfolio reviews, assess product suitability, monitor market/regulatory changes, identify opportunities and manage risks.

Key Requirements

•Accumulated extensive working experience as a product specialist or financial advisor or hands-on working experience as Sub-branch Manager in IWPB.
•Strong client skills with the ability to deliver a strong client experience and provide needs-based solutions.
•Deep knowledge of specific complex financial solutions and products including knowledge of financial markets, socio-economic dynamics, and regulatory requirements relevant to the products.
•Extensive external market awareness of market conditions, new product solutions, and an understanding of current financial market activities.
•Demonstrated ability and experience to correctly identify client needs.
