Key Responsibilities

•Perform critical inspections, maintenance, and repairs on heavy construction equipment, including ready mix and end dump trucks, tractors, trailers, and more.
•Diagnose complex mechanical issues and analyze malfunctions to deliver effective solutions that improve reliability and performance.
•Dismantle, rebuild, and maintain equipment using advanced tools and techniques, including parts examinations for wear and damage.
•Replace and overhaul major components such as engines, transmissions, motors, and hydraulic systems.
•Test, operate, and fine-tune equipment for optimal efficiency and safety; document work with accurate time and parts records.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or technical certification in Heavy Equipment Maintenance is a plus.
•Minimum 3–6 months of hands-on experience with heavy equipment maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•ASE certifications and a valid CDL (A or B) preferred; clean driving record is a strong asset.
•Have basic hand tools and sockets up to 1/2 inch.
•Be 18 years or older with the ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
