Group Leader - 3rd Shift - $24.91 per hour

Lead and motivate associates on a third-shift production floor by assisting the supervisor in managing department people and processes. Enforce company policies, assign work based on demand, and train new and current employees. Monitor quality and compliance to standard work and KPIs, support time and attendance in Kronos, ensure daily 6S activities, promote a safety culture, and step in for the supervisor’s daily tasks when needed.
