Key Responsibilities

  • •Keep devices and room systems working for users who cannot reach a help desk by resolving issues remotely or coordinating planned site visits.
  • •Troubleshoot endpoint and conferencing problems, including device enrollment/provisioning updates and room system/conferencing failures.
  • •Apply and maintain configuration standards so deployments match established endpoint and room requirements.
  • •Escalate issues to engineering when needed and help prevent single-user problems from becoming site-wide issues.
  • •Trace recurring failures to root causes and improve supported tools so users rely on supported devices and conferencing paths.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an active CBP Background Investigation (CBP BI) and EOD (or be eligible for processing if you do not hold them).
  • •Be a U.S. citizen.
  • •Have experience supporting an endpoint or conferencing estate where users could not come to you.
  • •Have run a device management platform at scale, including enrollment, policy, and update rollout.
  • •Have made conferencing work over constrained or unreliable network paths and be able to explain what you changed.
