Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •4 years of experience facilitating training, workshops, learning experiences, team discussions, or professional development programs.
  • •Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging discussions and communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, including executive management.
  • •Experience coaching, mentoring, teaching, onboarding, or developing employees.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and collaboration/meeting tools (Slack, Zoom and/or MS Teams).
