Job Summary

Support the delivery of infrastructure and facilities projects in a large, complex operational environment by coordinating site activities and supervising contractors. Partner with the Project Manager and operational teams to monitor progress against schedule, budget, and quality, prepare daily site reports, and escalate risks or delays. Ensure HSE compliance, permits-to-work coordination, site inspections, and successful project close-out through inspections, testing, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Project Manager in delivering facilities and infrastructure projects.
•Coordinate on-site activities with contractors, consultants, and internal teams, and monitor contractor performance against plans, specifications, and schedules.
•Monitor progress against schedule, budget, and quality; assist with daily site reporting and project performance updates.
•Ensure HSE compliance, coordinate permits to work and operational approvals, and conduct site inspections to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
•Maintain stakeholder coordination and support project close-out activities including inspections, testing, and handover.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or Project Management.
•Minimum 3–5 years of experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects.
•Experience working on facilities, infrastructure, or engineering projects in large-scale, complex operational environments.
•Experience in infrastructure, mixed-use developments, or other operationally critical environments (preferred).
•Strong knowledge of site engineering/construction supervision, QA/QC, and project documentation.
