Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in CAP with professional and technical training plus on-the-job learning opportunities to accelerate ramp into TI.
  • •Work with leaders across the company to help ensure TI has the talent and capabilities needed for the semiconductor market.
  • •Explore both HR business partner work (generalist) and a specialist HR role (recruiting, compensation, development, employee relations, etc.).
  • •Support HR activities including assessing HR needs with business groups and developing innovative solutions.
  • •Engage in assignments covering topics such as market competitiveness analysis, communication strategy development, recruiting/marketing improvement, and identifying high-potential talent with development plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or Liberal Arts.
  • •Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to work in teams and collaborate across different functions.
