Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle, including producing and presenting final cost plans.
  • •Review and participate with design services and the general contractor to develop cost estimates and reconcile changes to ensure accurate data.
  • •Develop cost plans, budgets, and estimates through the design phase, delivering updated cost plans at key design milestones; support engineering priorities.
  • •Manage cost checks, valuations, post-contract cost variances, change control processes, contingency management, and commitment tracking logs.
  • •Prepare written submissions and monthly cost reports for clients, including cost status, risks, and areas of concern; support procurement bid evaluations and contractor selection recommendations.

Salary: USD 145,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in a cost management role in the construction industry.
  • •Proven experience managing cost controls and stakeholder coordination on large, complex healthcare projects.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it is preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
