Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, maintain, and ensure uptime of all production and engineering virtual servers.
  • •Provide infrastructure support and assist engineering teams with application deployment.
  • •Handle infrastructure service incidents and tickets in ServiceNow, including prioritization, escalation, and weekly reporting.
  • •Support infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, and service level delivery through proactive monitoring and SLA tracking.
  • •Provide 7/24 on-call support for infrastructure incidents and ensure systems meet Thales security standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 5+ years of relevant experience (or Master’s in CS with 4+ years) or equivalent education/work combination.
  • •5+ years of Linux enterprise infrastructure experience.
  • •5+ years administering VMware vSphere and vCenter, including Azure Stack.
  • •Strong knowledge administering Microsoft Windows and Linux applications (Red Hat and Ubuntu preferred).
  • •Excellent interpersonal, leadership, planning, implementation, and troubleshooting skills, with ability to manage multiple assignments and work with minimal supervision.
