Nursing Director - IVF

Lead and manage nursing and allied health services at Mediclinic Continuum of Care, driving continuous improvement in quality of care. Ensure clinical operational efficiency through a strategic, data-informed approach to nursing leadership, compliance, patient safety, and risk management. Develop, implement, and monitor the nursing strategic plan, oversee workforce planning and resources, and maintain Quality and Patient Safety programmes while collaborating with all stakeholders.
