Key Responsibilities

  • •Run full-cycle recruiting for engineering and research roles across EMEA Search, AI, and Infrastructure.
  • •Build outbound-first pipelines using research, talent mapping, referrals, AI-assisted automation, and creative outreach.
  • •Partner with hiring managers and engineers to calibrate profiles with accuracy and nuance.
  • •Serve as candidates’ first introduction to Perplexity, sharing an authentic story of the mission, product, and culture.
  • •Track and analyze pipeline data to improve sourcing strategy and build tooling when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • •A sourcing-first track record filling hard roles through outbound and talent mapping.
  • •Strong technical literacy to hold credible conversations with senior engineers.
