Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close, including fixed assets, inventory, prepaid expenses, and accruals.
  • •Own processes end-to-end by evaluating and improving current procedures.
  • •Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations with subledger maintenance and tie-outs.
  • •Investigate and resolve outstanding GL and subledger discrepancies, including legacy acquisition-related entries.
  • •Support accurate month-end/quarter-end/year-end close, assist with ad-hoc reporting/projects, and help with annual audit schedules and tax support requested.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Accounting.
  • •4+ years of accounting experience with GL ownership and reconciliations.
  • •CPA or similar designation preferred (1 year post-qualified minimum); audit background desirable.
  • •Strong, demonstrated depth in US GAAP.
  • •Excellent Excel skills and comfort learning new systems (NetSuite experience strongly preferred).
