Key Responsibilities

  • •Set architectural direction and participate in code and design reviews while staying close to the team’s architecture, data flows, and failure modes.
  • •Drive the technical roadmap, balancing delivery commitments with long-term architectural health.
  • •Make high-stakes technical decisions and advise senior leadership by translating complex tradeoffs into clear guidance.
  • •Hire, coach, and grow engineers; manage the full recruitment process and support resourcing and workload planning.
  • •Own the quality bar for shipped work, triage support escalations, improve end-to-end testing/validation, and communicate status cross-functionally.
