Lead the Core Services sensor infrastructure team that powers every CrowdStrike endpoint, focusing on secure network communications, cryptographic operations, content delivery, and local data storage across Windows, Linux, and macOS. Own quality and reliability for releases at endpoint scale while coordinating with product, program, and partner teams under operational pressure.

•Set architectural direction and participate in code and design reviews while staying close to the team’s architecture, data flows, and failure modes.
•Drive the technical roadmap, balancing delivery commitments with long-term architectural health.
•Make high-stakes technical decisions and advise senior leadership by translating complex tradeoffs into clear guidance.
•Hire, coach, and grow engineers; manage the full recruitment process and support resourcing and workload planning.
•Own the quality bar for shipped work, triage support escalations, improve end-to-end testing/validation, and communicate status cross-functionally.
