  • •Maintain a high level of customer service on the gym floor and uphold brand standards
  • •Deliver high quality personal training programs and session delivery to members
  • •Engage with members, provide fitness and motivational support and ensure safety during exercise
  • •Educate on etiquette and club regulations; keep facilities clean and well-maintained
  • •Coordinate with other departments and support club events to maximize member value
