Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive process optimization including OEE improvement, yield improvement, and support for NPI.
  • •Support operator capability building by creating cross-functional SOPs, training, and knowledge sharing.
  • •Own and support 1-KPS problem solving for critical site concerns using process SME expertise.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Food Processing).
  • •5+ years of progressive experience in plant maintenance, manufacturing engineering, or process engineering.
  • •1–2 years of prior food manufacturing or another heavily regulated environment (e.g., pharma or automotive).
  • •Preferred: Food manufacturing unit operations experience such as solid-liq extraction, evaporation, centrifuge separation, or pasteurization.
  • •Experience managing and executing capital projects ($50k–$500k) and a Lean Six Sigma qualification preferred.
