Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate within small teams to help clients answer and implement solutions for strategic questions.
  • •Take ownership of deliverables and build external client relationships to understand business needs and guide decisions.
  • •Guide clients through strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational challenges to enhance performance and operations.
  • •Leverage Test & Learn® and SQL to run data-backed business experiments and share findings to support implementation.
  • •Use quantitative and qualitative analysis with enterprise applications to develop visualizations/propensity models and inform strategic recommendations through stakeholder meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate expected graduation date by Dec 2027.
  • •Outstanding record of academic achievement.
  • •Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
  • •Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to communicate ideas effectively in English and the local office language(s); experience with SQL/SAS/Excel/Tableau is an asset (for specific tracks).
