Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate piping fabrication activities in the fabrication shop to deliver high-quality work safely and on schedule.
  • •Ensure fabrication execution matches approved drawings (isometrics), WPS, ITPs, and ADNOC project specifications.
  • •Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and planning teams to keep workflow moving and resolve technical queries.
  • •Monitor productivity and optimize resource utilization, ensuring availability of materials, tools, and consumables to avoid delays.
  • •Enforce HSE compliance and ADNOC safety standards; oversee inspections and maintain records/report daily and weekly status.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in piping fabrication, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • •Proven experience working on ADNOC projects or similar Middle East oil & gas EPC/EPCM projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of piping fabrication processes, welding techniques, NDT requirements, and international codes (ASME, API).
  • •Ability to read and interpret piping isometrics, GA drawings, and P&IDs, and manage shop operations/workforce productivity.
