Key Responsibilities

  • •Write clear, easy-to-understand communications to help communities and stakeholders understand projects and potential impacts.
  • •Support feedback collection by enabling questions and collecting feedback through published communications, organising events, and running surveys.
  • •Present feedback to support project development responsibly by interpreting data and reporting themes and key issues.
  • •Support clients across the UK and internationally with communication and engagement advice and activities, including virtual consultation rooms, posters, banners, public-facing maps, and community events.
  • •Manage client projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and resources are delivered.

Key Requirements

  • •Either a degree or comparable professional experience in a relevant field.
  • •Experience in one or more sectors: roads, rail, utilities, water, environment, or energy.
  • •Experience contributing to or leading stakeholder engagement on multidisciplinary projects, including consultations.
  • •Ability to analyse qualitative or quantitative data and contribute to reports meeting legislative or regulatory requirements.
  • •Experience mentoring, supporting, or line-managing colleagues is valued.
