Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a global investment learning and professional development strategy aligned with investment leadership priorities.
  • •Partner with senior investment leaders and HR to identify training needs and maintain an investor skills framework supporting development and career progression.
  • •Conduct training needs analysis and design, coordinate, and continuously improve learning pathways for new joiners and investment professionals.
  • •Administer training systems and records, including CPD tracking and reporting on participation, completion, effectiveness, and learner feedback.
  • •Manage the Investments Learning & Development budget and external provider relationships, including vendor selection, contracting support, logistics, and governance documentation.

Key Requirements
