Job Summary

Mid-Senior level MEP-focused Project Manager leading site-based delivery for a data center. You’ll monitor contractor progress, oversee MEP quality, manage submittals and RFIs, drive reporting and risk logs, and coordinate with hotel operations to minimize disruption, while supporting the Project Lead in stakeholder decisions.

•Maintain and update the risk register and issue logs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical.
•Minimum 5-10 years of experience in site-based project management, 2 years in data center.
•Strong understanding of MEP systems.
•Proficiency in project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
•Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols.
