Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Category Managers with sourcing execution across the full lifecycle (requirements definition, RFI/RFP, award, contracts).
  • •Perform tactical and low value procurement using self-service channels such as P-Cards and managed catalogues, and guided buying from master service agreements.
  • •Deliver end-to-end procurement operations, administration, and support aligned with PSM policies, process, and governance (including contract administration and document management).
  • •Ensure efficient, timely PR conversion to purchase orders (POs).
  • •Handle post-contract administration including contract consumption tracking/reporting and supplier performance capture where appropriate; liaise with Accounts Payable on payment issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma level qualification.
  • •Awareness and understanding of relevant Aviation and/or Indirect Categories.
  • •Minimum 3-year Procurement Operations and Sourcing experience preferred.
  • •Experience in P2P and use of tools such as SAP and Ariba preferred.
  • •Analytical skills and a proactive approach with comfort using systems/tools.
