Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate updates and launch of new workflows by meeting with CLIA lab staff and LIMS engineers.
  • •Support lab operators in resolving LIMS issues to minimize sample turnaround time.
  • •Triage and escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate team members.
  • •Monitor sample queues and follow up on unresolved issues or delays.
  • •Observe and collect feedback on LIMS usage, assist in testing/documenting new workflow versions, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with Biological or Computational focus.

  • •Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose advanced technical issues.
  • •Strong attention to detail, flexible working, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
