Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 8 years of experience (or equivalent)
  • •8+ years performing and managing building hazardous materials surveys (asbestos, lead paint), abatement oversight, and related design/industrial hygiene projects
  • •Industrial hygiene, mold, or indoor air quality experience
  • •Must have 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training
  • •Must have EPA AHERA Asbestos Inspector Certification and New England state licenses/certifications for asbestos (or be eligible to obtain)
