Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a flawless, highly sophisticated culinary experience to guests through exceptional etiquette and anticipation of needs.
  • •Maintain exhaustive menu knowledge (ingredients, preparation techniques, allergens) and provide accurate wine or cocktail pairings.
  • •Execute synchronized, formal table service and manage precise timing and coordination across guests.
  • •Upsell and guide guests by explaining tasting menus and recommending premium pairings, aperitifs, and digestifs.
  • •Liaise between front and back of house by communicating dietary restrictions, pacing requests, and order modifications while keeping tables impeccably set and aligned.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience waiting tables in an upscale, fine-dining, or Michelin-starred environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of fine wines, spirits, premium ingredients, and classic culinary terminology.
  • •Maintain impeccable etiquette and synchronized, formal service techniques (e.g., serving, clearing, pouring, table coordination).
  • •Exceptional poise and refined communication skills, including emotional intelligence and remaining calm under pressure.
  • •Immaculate personal presentation and the physical stamina to stand/walk long shifts while carrying heavy trays and serving items.
