Project Controls Engineer - Defence (Construction)

Establish cost and schedule baselines and control project performance by analyzing deviations, risks, opportunities, and change. Lead evaluations of time, cost, and quality targets using governance controls, and prepare formal and ad hoc reporting for client stakeholders. Coordinate planning workshops to compile master schedules and critical paths, manage procurement timing inputs, and incorporate risks into Monte Carlo for quantitative impacts. Act as key contact to resolve delivery and commercial issues.
