•Lead and manage a remote-first EMEA-based team of Implementation Specialists aligned to Dedicated customer segments (Strategic/enterprise and High Touch/mid-market).
•Oversee delivery of segment-aligned implementations and partner cross-functionally to support scoping and planning for prospective customers.
•Drive time-to-value and implementation quality across regions, ensuring scalable processes without compromising quality.
•Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align progress and optimize regional delivery.
•Translate enterprise requirements into structured implementation programs and coach the team to execute effectively.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: EUR 90,000 - 120,000 annually
