Lead the sales floor and deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ V.I.B.E.S service model. Champion a positive team culture while helping across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Partner with store management to achieve personal and team sales goals, manage day-to-day team activities, and serve as a brand ambassador while supporting asset protection and inventory compliance.
