Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development and management of the company-wide Quality Management System, including process development and related auditing activities.
  • •Own quality processes and lead continuous performance improvement efforts to ensure compliance with ISO/IATF/ISCC requirements.
  • •Serve as the primary contact for QMS sites in your area of responsibility and actively participate in Quality Networks.
  • •Manage the process for customer complaints and quality-related feedback, and develop and manage Quality KPIs and improvement plans.
  • •Conduct internal quality audits and quality investigations; provide training on QMS processes and act as an independent quality expert for registrar and customer audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree required.
  • •At least 8 years of relevant industry experience in quality/quality systems.
  • •Knowledge of quality standards and requirements, including ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and ISCC-compliant systems.
  • •Hands-on quality tool and problem-solving experience using methods such as DMAIC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, and MSA.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to lead through influence and direct an audit team.
