•Provide administrative & organizational support to Sales Team Directors (managing schedules, preparing for customer meetings, documentation and follow-up tracking, preparation of presentations, booking travel).
•Coordinate with other departments, relay customer feedback, and support overall sales targets.
•Lead and manage opportunities via CRM tool (Salesforce).
•Handle account-management tasks such as evaluations, licenses, renewals and quotations.
•Identify customer queries and resolve to enhance customer satisfaction.

•Proven organizational skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills in German and English.
•Goal oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
•Ability to prioritize, be flexible and take the initiative.
