Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product roadmap for key components of AI and agent platforms or application products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • •Track the latest global AI product and technology advancements, and define and design high-value AI-driven features
  • •Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conception through launch, including writing PRDs, technical specifications, and product operations
  • •Develop and track success metrics, conduct data analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement
  • •Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the company, including Science, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Legal teams

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT or equivalent
  • •7+ years of AI and related industry experience with at least 3+ years in technical product management
  • •Strong technical background and proven track record of delivering complex technical products at scale
  • •Excellence in written and verbal communication of English and Mandarin, with the ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
